A new study, by Professor Brian Leiter of the University of Chicago Law School, ranks Florida State’s Law School faculty as the 23rd best in the nation in terms of per-capita scholarly impact. The study ranks Florida State in a tie with Emory and the University of California at Davis and ahead of some excellent schools that include Boston University, the University of Colorado, the University of Iowa, the University of Southern California and Washington University at St. Louis.
